How does it
work?

Our studio is open to complete podcasting beginners. There's nothing to worry about - we send you all the important information beforehand.

When you arrive at the studio, we'll show you around and explain everything. Our technician handles all the equipment throughout the session - so you can focus entirely on your content.

If you book a package with editing, our professional team takes care of post-production.

Your booking includes 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the reserved recording time. You can use this time for preparation or a brief consultation with the technician.

If you have a package without post-production, the 15 minutes after the session are reserved for transferring data to your SSD drive.

If you're only recording with us:

After the session, we copy the data to your SSD drive - please bring one formatted in exFAT. If you don't have one yet, you can purchase one from us. Please let us know in advance so we have enough in stock.

Avoid slow drives or SD cards, as they significantly extend data transfer times and may result in additional charges. Keep in mind that recorded files can be very large:

• 1 hour of audio ~ 10 GB
• 1 hour of Full HD video + audio ~ 80 GB
• 1 hour of 4K video + audio ~ 300 GB

If you don't have an SSD drive, we can upload your files to Google Drive for a fee of 500 CZK. The data will be available for download for 3 days after the recording date, then it will be deleted.

If you order post-production:

We upload the processed materials to Google Drive for free and transfer ownership of the files to you. The data will be available for download for 3 days after the recording date, then it will be deleted.

With the Everything package, we record in Full HD or 4K resolution based on your preference.

With other packages, we record in Full HD as standard, which is the ideal choice considering file sizes.

If you prefer 4K resolution, we're happy to arrange it. The surcharge for 4K recording is 500 CZK / hour on top of the selected package.

Yes, we can provide a teleprompter. Please send your text materials in PDF format before the recording.

If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the recording, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the studio rental price.

The fee applies only to the studio rental, not to ordered services (post-production).

We're located at U Studanky 312/28, Prague 7, 170 00 - look for the white door. The technician assigned to your session will send you their contact details before the recording.

Yes, during every recording session our technician is present and sets everything up to your satisfaction.

After the recording, post-production proceeds in these steps:

• Within 5 days we send you the first version of the audio or video for approval or feedback
• You have 2 days to send feedback from the date you receive the first version
• We incorporate the feedback within 10 days and deliver the final output

Without post-production (raw outputs from all 3 cameras and the recording device):

If it's your first time with us, we send the invoice within 24 hours after the recording with a 14-day payment term. For long-term partnerships, we set up monthly invoicing.

All prices are listed excluding VAT. Please send us your billing details (company ID) before the recording!
